Information

Booking Condition

• Minimum stay 7 days, prices in Euros, the prices always include taxes and fees.
• Departure from house is always made before 10.00 hours and arrival to the house after 14.00 hours.
• The prices includes change of towels every 4 days, change of sheets every 7 days
• Maintenance of the pool and gardens.

Payment will be made as follows:

• To confirm the booking a deposit of 25% of the total booking price is to be paid by the customer within 48 hours by bank transfer or by credit card, account details to be provided by Private Villas Pollensa.
• The 75% remainder must be paid by bank transfer 30 days prior to arrival.
• The booking is confirmed when the 25% deposit payment has been received.
